The Brewers Association announced yesterday the results of their World Beer Cup 2018 awards. The BA, a not-for-profit association, hosted the World Beer Cup at its annual Craft Brewers Conference this week in Nashville, Tenn. There were over 8,000 beers judged from 2, 515 breweries. North Carolina breweries took home five awards of the 302 awards given! “The World Beer Cup showcases the breadth of the global brewing community and winning an award symbolizes one of the greatest brewing achievements. Congratulations to all the winners on this remarkable accomplishment”, said Charlie Papazian, founder and past president of the Brewers Association.
